I’d love to get a stick burner and I’m saving up for a Fat Stack brand 120 gallon tank smoker. They are a local company in OC CA so I won’t have to ship it. I know it costs a lot to get one shipped from Texas.
I’ve seen Fat Stack’s smokers on Mad Scientist’s channel and they look great. They would be on my short list of considerations if I were to buy another stick burner.
