When most people think of the act of barbecuing, they think of everything from grilling hamburgers and hot dogs to smoking ribs or brisket. However, there is a distinct difference between grilling and smoking. Also, some grills are capable of both grilling and smoking while others are best suited for grilling only. On the other hand, most smokers are only designed for smoking. This short episode will explain the differences.
