Reverse searing and grilling are not the only ways to cook your favorite steak on the grill. Try cooking your steak at low and slow temperatures (between 225 and 275 degrees). Slowly smoking a steak helps ensure that it will be tender and gain the added benefit of infusing it with more smoke flavor than if you grill it at high temperatures.
The steak won’t have the nice sear marks that you get when order from your favorite steak restaurant but the benefits are well worth it. I enjoy smoking mine on my Lone Star Grillz offset but you can use any grill or smoker. Watch the video to see just how easy it is.
